Gold Voices kicked-off the first annual Cecil D. Andrus Statesmanship Banquet, Saturday, Nov. 14, at the Red Lion Hotel.
Andrus served as governor of Idaho for six years before serving as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Interior in the administration of President Jimmy Carter.  Afterward, Andrus returned as governor for another eight years.
