Softball ends season 11-13
Varsity girls stand together for a final photo to end off their season
The LHS varsity girl’s softball team has played 24 games this season and has won 11. The most recent home game was played on May 6 against La Grande High School from Oregan, which was lost 11-4.
According to Maxpreps, Jenna Barney (10) has the highest earned run average of 3.95, the most hits at 30, 24 runs batted in, a .658 slugging percentage, and the most doubles at 11. Barney and Sydney Arellano (12) are tied at 3 for the most home runs. Arellano also has a .393 batting average, the highest on the team.
