LHS Homecoming Dance and Game

The Bengal’s Homecoming Dance will take place on Saturday, October 19 from 7:00-10:00 in the LHS cafeteria. Tickets will be sold $15.00 for two people and $10.00 for one during both first and second lunches the week of the dance, but they can be bought at the dance entrance as well.
The homecoming football game is Friday, October 18 at 7:00, the night before the dance. They will be taking on the Lake City Timberwolves. The theme for both the dance and game are currently unannounced.
Kadynce Scott is a student on the LHS Varsity Cheer team.
“I am most looking forward to cheering on the new field. I also look forward to getting ready for the game with my friends and taking pictures. I hope for us to make history with the first win on the brand new field.” Scott said.
Brock Thompson, senior line backer on the varsity football team, also commented on his hopes for the game.
“I hope that a lot of people show up”, Thompson states.
Both interviews with Scott and Thompson ended with messages they have for the Timberwolves.
“You wish you were a Bengal,” said Scott.
“Have a fun drive home,” Thompson finished.
