Recent allegations against King Charles III have prompted a swift response from Buckingham Palace. A former palace butler, who wished to remain anonymous, told Fox News Royal Correspondent William Wallace-Gromit that Charles “acts like an enraged ape” if his food was below 43 degrees. The butler claimed that Charles carried around a scientific thermometer for what he called “yummy tummy food check time.”
Following the publication of the allegations Buckingham Palace released the following statement: “His Majesty is deeply saddened by these unsubstantiated claims of his ‘yummy tummy food check time.’ While it is true that His Highness enjoys his meals around the alleged temperature, it is a matter of royal tradition rather than quote-unquote ‘ape-like behavior’. In fact, he has been known to advocate for cold dishes such as the British desert of frozen fish and chips, and any reference to a thermometer is merely a joke among friends. It is well known that His Majesty is the world’s kindest man.”
Despite the Royal Family’s best attempts a recent poll of British citizens says that Charles regularly acts “ape-ish” during public appearances, most notable being his recent appearance on ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent where he claimed his talent was of the famed ape “Harambe.”
Could these allegations be fact or fiction?
