The Lewiston School District Powwow will be on Saturday, April 26, honoring all graduating seniors at Lewiston High School. The free event begins at 12 p.m. and will be hosted on the LHS campus.
LHS alumni, royalties, and the general public are welcome to attend.
There will also be a men’s and women’s traditional Nez Perce dance contest. The winners are selected by the senior boys and girls. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners.
Traditional Indian tacos will be served in order to raise funds for the Indian Education Parent Committee. There is also an honor dance planned for all graduating seniors.
