This spring, the Lewiston High School student body voted on who they wanted as their ASB officers for the 2025-2026 school year. Out of the seven candidates, the top five included Kadynce Scott, Brady Rudolph, Skyles Smith, Mason Smith, and Morgan Thayer.
Scott, a current junior, was voted to be the ASB president. She said one of her goals for her senior year is to bring more spirit to all sports events at LHS.
For the vice president, Rudolph was elected. He is a current sophomore and said he believes his role is to help his fellow officers. He hopes to be the best leader he can be throughout his junior year.
The student body voted current junior Skyles Smith as treasurer. In an interview with The Bengal’s Purr, Skyles discussed the importance of his position and how, although his job entails a lot, he is excited to help the Bengals in his senior year.
Thayer’s role in ASB is public relations. She is a current sophomore and will be in charge of announcing school events and helping plan assemblies. As a sophomore, she has helped make graphics for the Bengal Update and will continue doing that throughout her junior year.
As secretary, current junior Mason Smith was elected and has already helped bring more school spirit to LHS. He has been extremely involved in school spirit activities, and he said he will continue that involvement throughout his senior year.
