The 2023 season has come to an end for LHS tennis. The varsity team had a great season, with regional competitions in Post Falls and Couer d’Alene and state competitions in Boise. Dylan Gomez, senior, placed second in the state for boys’ singles. Addison Falkenstein-Barker, junior, competed in girls’ doubles with Cathryn Ho at regionals and ended up in 4th place for the event. Falkenstein-Barker said, ¨Sadly, the season is over. I enjoy and love being with everyone on the tennis team. The team has improved so much throughout the season.¨
