LHS students formed an esports club this year for competitive video gaming.
The club already has around 20 members, according to adviser, William Autrey.
The club plays a variety of competitive games among its members, such as League of Legends and Counter Strike.
For the group’s vice president, Wyatt Burgess, and its president, Michael Admire, getting to know new people is what they enjoy most about the club.
“It’s a good place for people who like competitive video games to meet and hang out,” said Admire.
The club meets at 2:30 p.m. Wednesdays in rooms 201 and 105.
