Hallway Hot Takes: Super Bowl 2026

  Super Bowl 60 just happened, and the Seattle Seahawks just won their second Super Bowl in team history v.s. the New England Patriots 29 to 13.

Kenneth Walker III won the Super Bowl MVP award. This year is Super Bowl 60, and it is a rematch of Super Bowl 49, Seahawks v.s. Patriots.

This is the Seahawks’ first Super Bowl since 2013, and the Patriots’ first since 2018. For the occasion, we decided to interview students on who they thought would win, what the score would be, and who would win MVP. Here’s what some people at LHS predicted for the game.

Austin Roberts (Christian Spruell)

 Austin Roberts prediction: The Seahawks will win 40-10. “It’s gonna be a blowout,” Roberts said. He also predicted that Jaxson Smith-Njigba would win the Super Bowl MVP.
