The baseball game between Lewiston and Clarkston deemed the Battle for the Bat, has been moved. It will be held tomorrow, Mar. 13, on Harris Field at Ed Scheff Stadium in Lewiston. The Gates will open at 5 p.m. for the community event, which people of all ages are invited to attend. Admission tickets will cost $10 for adults and $5 for students. Children under four and seniors who are 65+ will be granted free admission.
The theme for the game is all out purple and gold for the Lewiston students and adults attending. Senior Cheerleader Jovi Tyler invited all students to come and support the Bengals for the first-ever annual Battle for the Bat. Lewiston High School hopes to create a long-lasting tradition resembling the Golden Throne or Battle of the Bridges.
