The LHS Christmas show is an annual play written and directed by a member of the LHS drama club. This year’s show, “Snow Time,” was written and directed by senior Annie Carper and co-directed by junior Ani Galeano.
Every year the show goes to all Lewiston schools and the JDC, finishing off the show by performing it in the LHS auditorium during the Christmas assembly for the students here at the high school.
This year Santa is very stressed and needs a break and decides to go on vacation, leaving the Key of Christmas with his elves, Jingle (Caroline Gibbs), Dingle (Josie Hafer), and Gussy (Ellie Hafer) who all happen to be siblings. One of the elves loses the Key of Christmas and chaos ensues.
Along the way they meet a Polar Bear by the name of Larry (Kooper Baldwin), get into trouble, and find the Key in one of the simplest places in the North Pole. In the end they “learned the value of being nice to everybody and the power of friendship!”
